Susan Doyle
Payroll & Billing Clerk


Susan is the primary liaison between New Frontiers administration and the public. Susan manages the office efficiently, directs the flow of communication to the appropriate individuals, and administers timelines to ensure the needs of our participants are met. Susan shares a wealth of organizational experience of over 15 years. Susan is happy to take your call and demonstrates a comforting, thoughtful personality and delightful sense of humor.


Frances Krantz
Personnel Manager

Fran began her employment at New Frontiers as Scheduling Clerk and assistant to Director of Operations. As her time progressed, she eagerly accepted the role of Personnel Manager and has a strong sense of staff strengths and their abilities to meet the needs of the participants. Staff are comfortable in approaching Fran with various concerns. She shares over 14 years of experience in human services and customer service and has been with New Frontiers since 2001. Fran often expresses a calming and encouraging effect in resolution of staffing concerns. She continuously strives to find the “right fit” to the participant’s requests for assistance.


Lisa Gaiser
Scheduling Clerk

Lisa joined New Frontiers in July 2004, and brings strong organizational and communication skills. She prides herself in scheduling the participant’s services as accurately as possible, as well as meeting the needs of staff. Lisa has developed an immediate rapport with the people she serves.
