On-Call Emergency HCSS Service
This essential service is offered 24 hours per day, 7 days per week for shift coverage, emergency guidance, and serves as an answering service for Management Personnel outside of office hours.
On-Call Personnel may be utilized:
• as a resource if an employee has had an emergency situation which requires provision of options for alternative staffing (between hours of 6am and 11pm). Employee must call at least 24 hours prior to start of shift.
• to relieve staff (within 30 minutes if alternate staffing is not available)
• as a resource in emergency medical and behavioral assistance (after 911 has been notified) (provided 24 hours/day)
You will receive prompt, courteous, and professional responses to your inquiries. However, this service is not expected to be used for general inquiries which can be answered during standard office business hours (Monday Friday, 8am-4pm). The telephone number will be provided to you upon admission or on request during office hours.
Families and employees who face an emergency situation are also encouraged to make contact with Management Personnel by leaving a voice mail message on general voice mailbox outside of standard office business hours.
